摘要
The cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27(Kip1) degraded in a phosphorylation- and ubiquitin-dependent way upon cell-cycle entry. p45(SKP2), the adaptor subunit of the ubiquitin-protein ligase SCFSKP2, may mediate recognition and ubiquitination or phosphorylated p27(Kip1).
