This article provides an overview of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction using the tibial inlay technique. Preoperative evaluation should include a careful clinical examination, stress radiographs, and other studies, as necessary. Treatment options include both nonsurgical and surgical methods. The focus of this article is the surgical technique for PCL reconstruction using a tibial inlay graft.
