摘要
Two new isoflavonoid glucosides, Achyranthosides A and B, were isolated from the roots of Achyranthes bidentata. Their structures were established through extensive analyses using H-1, C-13 NMR, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and HREISMS spectroscopic data. The structures of the new compounds are characterized by the methoxyl groups substituted on the specific positions of the phenyl rings. The two compounds were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activities on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 murine macrophage cells. The compounds showed significant inhibition on LPS-induced NO production. (C) 2016 Phytochemical Society of Europe. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
