摘要：

The progress of mobile communication technology and the development of mobile termination promoted the mobilization development of E-commerce. At the same time, mobile payment, being the core technology of mobile commerce, is widely used in handling business transactions. This thesis analyzes the development of domestic and foreign mobile payment, the existent problem. Aiming at the characters of Chinese mobile payment industrial chain, the thesis researches the development trend of mobile payment in China.
