摘要：

We have investigated electronic and magnetic properties of a (110) film of half-metallic Heusler Fe2CrSi by the first-principle band calculations and have found that the (110) film is not half-metallic but has a high spin polarization (P = 82%). The result for Fe2CrSi/Fe2VAl interface shows that the spin polarization is improved up to 96%. Our present results for (110) film, as well as the previous ones for (001) and (111) films, shows that it is possible to obtain a high spin polarized film by making a choice of a suitable surface for each one of (001), (110), and (111) films.
