摘要
As one of the most important methods of process hazard analysis, hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) has applied widely, which led to the development of automated HAZOP technique. For the automated HAZOP basis of hazard scenario, how to determine the appropriate deviation node is an urgent problem, because it should start the analysis from the deviation node. In this paper, it introduced the concept event and affection equation basis of multiple conditions to the HAZOP qualitative model, which can get rid of the limitation that SDG only had three status (+, 0, -), and could implement the automatic hazard identify and analysis with arbitrary defined multi guide words. On this basis, it presented a set of rules to select deviation nodes. The rules could ensure that in the premise of identifying all the basic scenario spread sequence, the selected deviation nodes number was the least. At last, combined with the special software platform, it verified the effectiveness of the method.
