摘要：
The exploration of oxy-fluorides as potential phosphors for compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) and phosphor-conversion light-emitting diode (PC-LED) devices is reviewed. Special emphasis is given to phosphors based on anti-perovskite Sr3AlO4F-type materials which have recently emerged as promising candidates for solid state lighting applications.
