摘要
The very sharp first-order phase transition in single-crystal BaTiO 3 permits thermal changes to be driven by very small electric fields. The resulting giant electrocaloric strength could be exploited in future cooling devices that operate at high frequency. Copyright © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
