摘要
The demand for continuing, distance, and online education continues to grow worldwide. As educational organizations seek to satisfy the demand, they confront a rapidly changing economic and social scenario. To survive, they must evolve. Fundamental to successful evolution for both traditional and virtual institutions is the formulation of new strategies for assessing progress in educating and training.
