Two new species Aphelinus (Aphelinus) coracinus sp. n. and A. (A.) fuscus sp. n. from Eastern Europe are described. Aphelinus (A.) coracinus sp. n. differs from the closely related European species A. (A.) daucicola Kurdjumov and A. (A.) meridionalis Kalina by the wholly black body, closed hairless streak, arrangement of the main setal groups on the fore wings and comparative length of funicular segments. Aphelinus (A.)fuscus sp. n. differs from the related species A. (A.) humilis Mercet and A. (A.) flaviventris Kurdjumov bye the colour of face, comparative length of funicular segments and position of the main setal groups at the base of the fore wings. Redescriptions with some new typical features and figures for the little known or rare species from Eastern Europe A. (Mesidiopsis) lucidus Jasnosh, A. (M.) terrataenion Erdos et Novicky, A. (M.) thomsoni Graham, A. (A.) campestris Jasnosh, A. (A.) humilis Mercet are given. New information of the distribution and hosts of these species is represented.
