摘要：

Chronic hepatitis C infection therapy can lead to potentially fatal complications. Since 2011, two new antiviral molecules, telaprevir and boceprevir, have been available but they are the frequent cause of adverse cutaneous effects. Their use requires close collaboration between dermatologists and hepatologists who are aware of signs that may indicate possible severe reactions. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
