摘要
This paper reported that the Ag nanowire was fabricated by electrochemical deposition in the pores of the anodized aluminum oxide template, and the gold nanoparticles were synthesized on the surface of Ag nanowire. Furthermore, the rough surface of Ag/Au core-shell nanowire was observed and analyzed by TEM and applied as the enhanced substrates for the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) measurements. The nanowires with the nanoparticles on the surface were possible to be used as the SERS substrate for the biological molecular analysis and detection. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
