摘要：
This paper combines the history and present sitution of water resources shortage and pollution of Bangladesh which located at the lower reaches of rivers, shows the pressing needs for unified management of transboundary liver basins. ne government and people of Bangladesh have worked all out to get more watre from the big, upper riparian countries, but the results remain unsatisfied. This paper also shows the impact of Indian mega river linking project, and calls for sharing the Rhine experience to solve the problems of management of transboundary river which can help greatly for Bangladesh.
