摘要：
An intriguing teaching subject is a signal parameters estimation. Approach described is a combination of deterministic calculation with statistical processing and regression. The composition inherits benefits from both "parents"-simplicity in explanation and result trustworthy. Imperfections are suppressed Variance is reduced, bias eliminated and probability of local minimum convergence is decreased.
