摘要
A new Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) has been developed by Nanjing Automation Research Institute in collaboration with East China Power Control Center and Southeast University, and has been operated for two years. This DTS is built on a distributed platform. It provides both steady - state and dynamic behavior simulation of power system. Dynamic power flow and dynamic frequency programs are used for steady - state simulation. The unified dynamic process simulation algorithm may imitate the behavior of short term, mid term and long term dynamics of the system. The transition between the terms is automatic and smooth. Two simulation algorithms of protection relay actions are applied. Copyright (C) 1998 IFAC.
