摘要
In this work we consider stability of time-varying systems with time delays via the averaging method. It is shown that if the strong averaged system of a system affected by a small positive parameter epsilon admits a Lyapunov-Razumikhin function for the input-to-state stability (Iss) property, then the original system satisfies a semiglobal and practical Iss-like property as the small parameter epsilon converges to zero.
