摘要：

Under the condition of increasingly crucial competition, creation activities of intangible assets play more and more important role in helping enhancing the core competencies. In the future enterprise, intangible assets can reflect long-term development potential and decide the long-term competence of enterprise. In this article, the authors add intangible assets to the value chain model of Porter, describe the value increment of intangible assets and measure the value increments. Through these measurements enterprise can understand the relationship between intangible assets and tangible assets and can cultivate intangible assets better.
