摘要：
This paper introduces the Electronic Commerce oriented Negotiation Support Systems by means of the analysis of the problems existed on the on-line negotiation. On the basis of bargaining theory, this paper approaches the principle and techniques of electronic commerce oriented negotiation support systems from the analysis of the negotiation problem the describing of the negotiation problem and the framework of the NSS.
