In this issue of Blood, Schroeder et al demonstrate striking mobilization of plasmacytoid dendritic cell progenitors (pre-pDCs) and mature plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) into the vascular compartment along with CD341 hematopoietic progenitor cells following administration of single-agent plerixafor in sibling donors. © 2017 by The American Society of Hematology.
