摘要：
The article considers formation and development of institutional support of social partnership;priority directions for its further development in the short term are determined. Functions and principles of activity of the National Trilateral Socioeconomic Council, Federation of Employers of Ukraine and Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine are defined.
