摘要
Alumina ceramics doped with a different concentration of magnesium ions were synthesized at high-temperature sintering under vacuum and in air. Pulse cathodoluminescence spectra and thermoluminescence curves have been measured to evaluate the influence of a dopant concentration on luminescent and dosimetric properties of alumina ceramics. An increase in the magnesium concentration leads to an increase in the pulse cathodoluminescence intensity of the 520 nm band and in the thermoluminescence intensity of all peaks with the maxima of 360, 460 and 620 K. A superlinear increase in the thermoluminescence intensity with a growing dose is observed in the range of 1.5-150 Gy for the peak at 620 K.
