摘要
This paper proposes a new adaptive algorithm for antenna selection in Spatial Multiplexing MIMO systems over a fading channel. This algorithm addresses the signal processing computation complexity, which represents the main concern in antenna selection technique's implementation. Indeed, when compared to the optimum antenna selection algorithm, the proposed one showed a significant reduction of the signal processing computation for a limited degradation of the bit-error-rate.
