摘要：
Interdisciplinary treatment of diabetic patients ranging from basic local primary care to highly specialized IDFCs in tertiary hospitals should be the gold standard based on current evidence. A graded care team helps to triage patients with DFUs, optimizes medical resources, and reduces costs. Evaluation of team composition and improve-ment of the therapeutic and preventive algorithm should be the aim of further studies.
