Highly oxygenated isoflavones from Iris japonica

摘要
Two new isoflavones, irisjaponins A and B, have been isolated along with seven known isoflavones from the aerial parts of Iris japonica. Their structures have been determined by spectroscopic analyses and comparison of C-13 NMR data with those of their congener, as 5,7-dihydroxy-6,2',3',4',5'-pentamethoxyisoflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-6,2',3',4'-tetramethoxyisoflavone.
