摘要
5G Communication needs to have maximum frequency with large frequency band and a unique number of antennas. Thus three technologies that are used in 5G are multicarrier modulation, mm-Wave, and massive-multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO). Multi-carrier-modulation in 4G has certain short-comings including PAPR (Peak to average power ratio), less data rate, low Quality-of Service (QoS) that has to he analyzed fir 5G communication. hence it is important to find different modulation methods that are applied in 5G communication so as to have better speed, better QoS, high directivity and high spectral efficiency. In 5G Communication Massive MIMO is used instead of MIMO, thus there will he complexity at the transmitter and the receiver end such as an increase in Radio-frequency chains (RF-Chains). So the possible solution has to been found in-order to decrease the complexity and propose the innovative algorithm in-order to have better throughput and directivity. In this paper, various challenges fir future research are discussed and new multicarrier modulation that is Filter Bank Multi-Carrier modulation (FBMC) are analyzed with different methods such as DCT, Clipping, SLM.
