摘要
Experimental study of an electrostatic vibration energy generator with electrode overlap changing and nonplanar electrode arrangement has been carried out. Time dependences of the generator output voltage have been taken for different load resistances and capacitance modulation frequencies. It has been revealed that the dependence of the output power versus external vibration frequency has a maximum at frequency f = 77 Hz. It has been established that the output power practically linearly increases with the load resistance increase in the range from 10 M Omega to 100 M Omega.
