摘要
the article explains the relationship and interdependence of advanced marketing and a systematic approach in the development of public-private partnerships. Approaches to the formulation and solution of problems based on public-private partnerships. The main directions of improvement and the basic characteristics of public-private partnerships from the standpoint of advanced marketing. The necessity of a systematic approach to increase the socio-ecological-economic efficiency as the most important outcome in the management of the development of public-private partnerships.
