摘要
Mixture of HDEHP and TBP was utilized for the separation of ScThUZrTi/YFe from the liquid of tungsten residue leached with hydrochloric acid. The effect of HDEHP, contact time, TBP and phase ratio on extraction was investigated. Optimum extraction conditions are with the mixture of 15%(v/v) HDEHP and 10%(v/v) TBP dissolved in sulphonated kerosene at the phase ratio of 1: 5 and room temperature for 10 min. Under these extraction conditions, extraction percentages are Sc 99.91%, Th 99.56%, Zr 99.27%, U 98.33%, Ti 96.18%, Y 1.38%, and Fe 0.083%, respectively.
