摘要：

The field of public investment project has exposed some questions that can't be ignored, which is shown as the unsatisfactory investment performance, low-level repeated construction, serious loss and waste and state-ran assets. Based on analyzing the successful experience of performance auditing of the public investment project, this paper has probed into the present problem of performance auditing in P. R. China Finally, in view of existing questions, the paper proposes the countermeasures on performance auditing to solve shortcomings, such as establishing evaluation criterion and establishing evaluating index system and carrying out auditing announcement system, etc..
