摘要：

This paper aims to examine theoretical and historical issues in the ethical assessment of computer and programming development, with a focus on ethics teaching. Although ethics is a fundamental feature of complex IT, its importance has not yet been fully recognized. The purpose of this paper is to study computer and programming development and possibilities to use them for teaching ethics. The method used in this paper is theoretical and conceptual analysis of computing and programming field as medium for ethics teaching.
