摘要
Using an autocontrol two-stage hybrid bed process for removal of organics and nitrogen from landfill leachate is studied in this paper. The treatment system consists of flocculation reactor, denitrification reactor and two-stage hybrid bed reactor named Hybrid I and Hybrid II, respectively. Dissolved Oxygen (DO), pH value, Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) and turbidity are used as on-line fuzzy control parameters. The automatic dosing and shortcut nitrification-denitrification are realized with the help of automatic control system. The continuous running results show that when the raw COD and NH4+-N was 23005700 mg.L-1 and 580 similar to 1150 mg.L-1, the removal rate is above 93.3% and 95.2%, respectively. As the aeration time is saved by the automatic control system, the power consumption could be reduced effectively and the service life of the machines could be prolonged accordingly. Compared with normal active sludge process, the two-stage hybrid process has a higher loading and impact resistance.
