摘要:
The carbon-neutral environmental policy has created new opportunities and challenges for China's coal resource development. Complex factors influence the resilience of China's coal resource system, and the focus in this field has shifted to scientific evaluations on system resilience in order to provide reliable guidance for coal resources development and reduce environmental pressure. This research systematically analyzes the main problems and influencing factors faced by China's coal resource system through industry investigation and expert interviews, and selects the evaluation index of China's coal resource system resilience. Eventually, the evaluation system combined with the PEOPLES framework and index is constructed to assess China's coal resource system resilience, and the policy optimization path is established with the combination of the system dynamics model for the resilience scenario. This research and workflow of coal resource system resilience evaluation will provide a reference for scientific research and management personnel in the field of energy and environment, serve the green and sustainable development of the coal resource system, and ameliorate ecological problems by improving the energy system structure.
