摘要
26RFa is a novel neuropeptide identified as the endogenous ligand of the human orphan receptor GPR103. 26RFa and GPR103 are localized in hypothalamic nuclei regulating feeding behaviour. 26RFa stimulates appetite. The 26RFa system is up-regulated in obese patients and adolescents suffering of anorexia nervosa.
