摘要
Spin-coated TiO2 films are prepared on FTO glass and used as anode. Dyes extracted from five natural blossoms are employed as sensitizer. Dye-sensitized solar cells are assembled with these sensitized TiO2 anode, Pt counter electrode and Lil/l as the electrolyte. These materials and DSSCs are characterized by XRD, FESEM, UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy and photovoltaic tester. Open-circuit voltage of these DSSCs varies from 337 mV to 564 mV, short-circuit photocurrent density from 3. 48 mA/cm(2) to 5. 48 mA/cm(2) and energy conversion efficiency from 0.51% to 1.1%. Cells with Chinese wistaria dyes show the best energy conversion efficiency of 1.1%, short-circuit photocurrent density of 5.2 mA/cm(2), open-circuit voltage of 564 mV and a relatively high fill factor of 0.38.
