摘要
A new conductometric biosensor based on flavocytochrome b(2) immobilized with ferricynide on gold planar microelectrodes, which serve as physical transducers, is presented. The developed biosensor is characterized by high selectivity to L-lactate. A number of working buffer solution parameters affecting the biosensor signal, i.e., pH, ion strength, and concentration, were studied. An influence of duration of bio-recognition molecule immobilization in glutaraldehyde vapor on the signal value was also investigated. The biosensor with optimized characteristics has sufficient stability and reproducibility and provides measurement of lactate concentration with the lower detection limit of 0.1 mM.
