摘要：

A general-purpose network traffic analyzer is designed and implemented in this article, through the collection and analysis on the network nodes, to get useful data, and in order to further the network control, so as to enhance the network performance; followed by the analysis of network traffic in a timely manner on a network failure and network exception to send out real-time warning.
