摘要
This paper aims to address the regulation of the teleworking for public employees of some public universities that have put in into practice. As it will be developed in depth throughout the article, in some cases teleworking is not a formula formula to wich any worker can access without distinction, but it will depend on a series of factors previously set by the university. Likewise, the execution of teleworkin itself is reviewed, as well as the occupational risk prevention systems in this type of provision. Specifically, the ain is to identify common or disparate parameters, as well as to highlight those that are relevant and essential in the regulation of teleworking.
