摘要
Research progress of knowledge sharing and online service are reviewed in this paper firstly, online service system of enterprise based on knowledge sharing is defined. This paper analyzes the knowledge type that enterprises and their customers have from the perspective of knowledge sharing subject. On this basis, the paper studies the mechanism of knowledge sharing in this system and constructs its framework and network technology., finally the shortage of this system is pointed out, and the prospect of its development trend is also presented.
