摘要：

Molecular freeze-frame: (R)-2-Amino-1-propanol was used as an example to show that matrix isolation vibrational circular dichroism spectroscopy is a useful method for the determination of the absolute configuration of molecules with multiple conformers that are capable of strong intermolecular interactions, especially hydrogen bonds. (Figure Presented). © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
