摘要
The article presents the results of studies concerning initiation and breakdown in biodegradable dielectric liquids at lightning impulse voltage. The electrode system, in which a high voltage electrode as well as a grounded one were insulated with solid insulation, are used in the studies. The results on ester liquids are set with analogically obtained results on mineral oils. Within the analysis made the initiation voltage, and breakdown voltage as well as time to breakdown and intensity of discharges are compared.
