摘要
Compared with the external service recovery for customers, we should consider attach great importance to employee internal service recovery. This paper describes the actuality of the internal service recovery in Chinese hotels through survey papers and employee interviews. This paper proposes methods and strategies to put the internal service recovery in practice based on the examples applied in the hotel industry.
