摘要
Recently, organic livestock has gained importance as an alternative livestock method within the animal production systems, especially in America and Europe. The costs of organic livestock are higher than that of the traditional livestock since the principles of organic livestock are the use of healthy input such as organic feed, suitable shelter conditions, Suitable animal breeds and maintenance of animal health. Therefore, Suitable market price is important in terms of getting demand for producer profitability. Nowadays, the production costs and profitabilities are determining the different ratios at the enterprise level in countries where intensive organic animal production are made. Separately, these rations may change according to the kind of products. In this research, the production costs and level of profitability in organic milk production according to the traditional production, have evaluated in Countries' conditions where are leader in organic production sector. The level of production costs and profitability were examined, and the organic milk production could be practiced and sustained in this area in Turkey.
