摘要
We study the effects of thermally accelerated aging of Cu(In,Ga)Se-2 (CIGS) solar cells in the dark and the influence of an applied bias during the endurance test. We correlate the electro-optical parameter drifts seen in I-V and C-V measurements to a bias-dependent variation of sodium mainly at and close to the heterojunction and at the back contact as measured by TOF-SIMS. All other measured elements, including oxygen and potassium, are not affected. We also exclude an influence of ambient oxygen or water.
