摘要
Electrochromic textile was obtained by magnetron sputtering process on flexible electrospun conductive polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber mesh. Vanadium oxide (V2O5) was magnetron sputtered onto conductive PET/PEDOT-PSS fiber substrate under 100 W RF and room temperature conditions. V2O5 coated conducting fabrics were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Broad X-ray diffraction peak in 2 theta range of 15-30 degrees indicated amorphous structure of all prepared nanofiber layers. The electrochromic properties of the PET/PEDOT-PSS/V2O5 films were comprehensively investigated depending on different V2O5 thickness via chronoamperometry (CA), chronocoulometry (CP) methods. The reversibility and switching time of the electrochromic fiber were examined in LiTRIF liquid electrolyte medium. The best bleached and colored time were obtained as 5.5 and 5.7 s for V2O5 film with 440 nm thickness, respectively. This new electrochromic electrode represents a straightforward, easy and low cost electrode to obtain a fast color switching film with potential application in the development of an electrochromic study.
