摘要
The popularity of the Internet spawned network public opinion (political participation with micro-blog is one of those), Network public opinion (political participation with micro-blog is the typical one) has become the most concentrated expression and response of the will of people opinion. It presented its new issues and challenges to the government. In the context of participation politics with micro-blog, It requires the government changing the way of controlling public opinion, managing the network public opinion with new ideas and methods. However, the reality is not. In this paper, under the background of political participation with micro-blog, we analyze the relationship between political participation with micro-blog and government micro-blog network public opinion management, and explore the current government micro-blog network public opinion in politics and the shortcomings of the management, then propose the measures of network public opinion management based on the political participation with micro-blog. such as: changing concepts and grasping the guidance of public opinion on the network; establishing public opinion interactive mechanisms; establishing open and transparent government information release system.
