摘要
Structural properties of pure bismuth ferrite and calcium modified Bi(1-x)CaxFeO3 (x= 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 and 0.30) thin films were successfully synthesized on pre cleaned glass substrates by using a simple spray pyrolysis method. The samples were prepared at 450 degrees C and sintered at temperature 550 degrees C for 2h in air atmosphere. The structure and morphology of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The reitveld refinement of X-ray diffraction predicts the distorted rhombohedral perovskite structure with space group R3c.
