摘要
For a regular growth the yeast requires macro- and microelements at optimal concentrations. The effect of Co2+ on growth and biomass yield of Mautner and YT Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast was studing using brewery wort and synthetic medium. Bioaccumulation of cobalt in yeast biomass was also determined. Higher at Co2+ concentrations reduced dynamics and yeast growth. The tolerance on the cobalt ions presence in the growth medium depends on the breed. The uptake of cobalt in the yeast cells depended on its content in the medium.
