摘要
Firstly, some performance tests about manufactured sand and natural sand were conducted, then a series of comparative tests on high-performance concrete among C30 similar to C60 were performed, which tests were about some performance tests of concrete such as workability, mixture proportion, and the compressive strength, etc. The test results showed that the compressive strength of manufactured sand concrete was higher than that of natural sand concrete, in manufactured sand stone powder accounted for 11.6 percent. Besides, manufactured sand concrete used less cement than that of natural sand concrete when they arrived at the same strength. This paper also gave a quantitative analysis of the amount of saved cement for manufactured-sand concrete by contrast with natural sand concrete with same grade cement. According to the test results, we drew a conclusion that with the design strength of concrete increasing, the amount of saved cement decreased for manufactured-sand concrete comparing with the natural sand concrete.
