摘要：

The World Bank Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project accomplished world - wide noticeable achievements. Based on the successful watershed rehabilitation practice, a concept of Sustainable Watershed Rehabilitation is put forward, and the corresponding model characteristics as a model are summarized by analyzing the project components and its implementation process: putting the prioritization of human as guideline, combining specific project composites with farmers life standard lifting, emphasizing on application of participatory approach and capacity building. It is concluded Sustainable Watershed Rehabilitation Model is a successful Watershed Rehabilitation one.
