摘要:
Aiming at complex series product, the middle-structure modeling method based on features is put forward and the parametric design method is studied to realize the quick design and provide the digital model for latter simulation and manufacturing. Taking the 2K-V reducer as an example, the middle-structure model of the product is created, which can be transformed into the instance product through the Creo TOOLKIT tool in the Creo environment. The system of 2K-V Reducer Parametric Design is developed, which realize the quick design for the series product. The parametric design method has widely reference value for other product's design.
